Focused observation with useful reporting
Surveillance is most effective when the question to be answered is specific. Before accepting an instruction, we clarify the legitimate purpose, subject and location information, relevant dates or patterns, required evidence and how the report will be used.
The work is limited to lawful observation and enquiries. We do not accept instructions involving harassment, unlawful tracking, prohibited access, impersonation or an improper purpose.
Possible assignments
- Attendance or activity observations at an identified location
- Vehicle or asset observations from lawful vantage points
- Evidence supporting a properly authorised commercial or legal matter
- Time-specific checks and factual field enquiries
- Pre-service information gathering
- Documented observations for insurers, solicitors or businesses
What to provide
Give us the subject and location details, a clear photograph where relevant, vehicle information, known routines, the specific question to be answered, important dates, anticipated risks and the required reporting deadline. Explain your authority and intended use so we can assess whether the instruction is appropriate.
Reporting
Reports distinguish direct observation from information received elsewhere. Depending on the agreed scope, they may include a chronology, relevant descriptions and supporting photographs. Results cannot be guaranteed: the report records what was observed during the authorised period, including when no relevant activity occurred.
